Pre-Construction
The Claypoole Group will collaborate with the client to identify project goals and facilitates a design process. Budgets, schedules and engineering plans are coordinated for efficiency.
Project Management and Construction Supervision
Our goal is to make the construction process effortless for the owner by proper management of details and continually looking ahead to the next milestone. RFI’s, submittals, change requests and weekly reporting are integrated into our project management.
Post-Construction
Our total project completion consists of proper training, documentation and warranties to each client. A detailed checklist ensures client satisfaction, and each project is provided with important tools for longevity and value maintenance.
